Jack Rudy Bitters
JACK RUDY AROMATIC BITTERS ARE A STANDARD, APPROACHABLE, AND HIGHLY VERSATILE AROMATIC BITTERS FOR ANY COCKTAIL ENTHUSIAST.
With burnt cane sugar syrup as a base, Jack Rudy has built in complex and nuanced notes of citrus, winter spices, and bittering agents to create a product with many uses.
Use it to revisit your favorite classic cocktails like the Manhattan and the Old Fashioned. To cure a vicious hangover, simply add several generous drops to soda water or ginger ale and drink up.
Jack Rudy Cocktail Cherries
When updating the cocktail cherry, Jack Rudy looked to their Kentucky roots for inspiration, combining Bourbon from our home state with Oregon cherries. The result is the ideal companion to any number of drinks, most notably those made with whiskey. You might find them good enough to eat straight from the jar.
Jack Rudy Grenadine
SMALL BATCH GRENADINE
Jack Rudy starts with pomegranate juice from a small family farm in Madera, CA; they juice their fruit whole in a patented press that renders a matchless, robust pomegranate juice. To that they add cane sugar and orange flower water, and apply enough heat to dissolve the sugar while still maintaining the inherent zip of the fresh juice.
Jack Rudy Small Batch Grenadine is rich and full-flavored up front, and then gives way to a bright, almost tropical finish that lifts a drinks profile; use it to create new cocktails, or to revisit classic drinks like a Ward 8, Jack Rose, El Presidente, or Monkey Gland.
Jack Rudy Tonic Syrup
THE CLOSEST POSSIBLE THING TO A PERFECT GIN & TONIC.
Jack Rudy's Classic Tonic Syrup (formerly known as our Small Batch Tonic) is essentially a quinine concentrate. It’s designed to pair with your favorite spirit, and is then stretched with soda water to make a bright, light, refreshing highball.
With a backbone of quinine, culled from the Cinchona Tree, they’ve added a delicate mix of botanicals and then sweetened it with real cane sugar; the final product is a complex mixture that introduces a fine bitterness to any cocktail, and a great pairing with the botanicals of the finest Gins in the world.
