2 oz. Peerless Rye
1 oz. Vya Sweet Vermouth
.25 oz. Benedictine Liqueur
2–3 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir with ice. Stir long enough for preferred temperature without over-diluting. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with orange peel (after you express the oils over the drink) and cherry.
