John Collins

Ingredients

1 ½ oz Peerless® Bourbon

1 oz lemon juice

1/2 oz of simple syrup

Club soda

Cherry and orange wedge for garnish

Method

Pour the first 3 ingredients into a collins glass and fill with ice.
Stir intensely, then top off with club soda.
Garnish with cherry and orange wedge.
