NOSE
Crisp toasted sugar and fruit syrup fill a beautiful nose. Aromas of honey and a faint herbal tone slowly become more prevalent.
PALATE
The first sip leads with sweet oak, but soon cinnamon and dark fruit crash into the palate. A heavy mouthfeel completes its boozy cocktail character. Another sip adds a dash of citrus zest and a hint of leather.
FINISH
The finish allows a candied cinnamon and sweet oak to slowly fade.
