Notes: The nose is phenomenally complex. Notes of floral (honeysuckle), caramel, sweet oak, tobacco, citrus, cherry, and cedar are all noticeable. The first sip starts sweet and features a slow building wave of sweetened cinnamon, but is backed by a oak infused fruit syrup characteristic that become more prevalent late in the taste. The second sip features stronger caramels and shifts to reveal a dark chocolate/tobacco late in the taste. The finish carries the chocolate and tobacco characteristics into a long finish that becomes increasingly sweet as it fades.
