Notes: The nose contains a really nice balance of sweet oak and this really fresh herbaceous quality. As it continues, floral and even a bit of cigar come into play. The first sip starts sweet before shifting into a wonderful cinnamon spiced dark chocolate wave. In the wake of that is a really fresh floral that leaves the mouth very crisp and clean. The second sip adds a generic earth driven character to the whiskey, accented by oak sweetness. The finish is extremely unique in that it is dominated by the crisp sweet character, carried on from the late tasting. The finish is dotted my bits of very subtle chocolate covered cherry. Excellent batch!
