NOSE
Crisp, tart apple and honey lead off a great nose. Aromas of leather and sweet hay join.
PALATE
The first sip is deeply earthy and rich. Leather, mild tobacco, dry cinnamon, and a savory smoke all show up. An additional sip adds a subtle fruit reduction to the mix, almost as if it were a cherry dashed into pipe tobacco.
FINISH
The finish sweeps to a much sweeter caramel as bursts of soft honeysuckle refresh the palate. Cheers!
