Due to the careful distilling process, Peerless spirits are multi-dimensional in terms of flavor. Single Barrel selections allow for concentration on a particular barrel’s unique characteristics. Our team carefully hand-selects barrels that highlight distinctive natural profiles to be offered in the Peerless private Single Barrel selection. Once a barrel is chosen, it is bottled and prepared and given a unique label. Each barrel typically yields 216 to 230 bottles allowing for limited availability.  These selections are offered exclusively in the distillery and are a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

As always, Peerless spirits are bottled at barrel proof, so our patrons experience the same robust characteristics that were chosen specially for them.
