The Peerless Difference

Kentucky Peerless Distilling Co. has been recognized nationwide for quality craft spirits.  Our distilling team is committed to crafting at a Peerless caliber, dedicated to going the extra mile. Our team crafts at an unhurried pace using a strictly sweet mash process.  Each barrel of Peerless whiskey is tasted as it matures. Sample bottles are used to monitor the profile over time. Head Taster and Blender and the distillation team decide if a barrel is ready to be added to a small batch or used as a Single Barrel. Barrels are only dumped when deemed ready – not by date or age stamp.
