Do I have to make a reservation to go on a tour?

We highly recommend making a reservation for a tour or tasting on our website. Our experiences fill up quickly and well in advance. We allow walk-ins as availability permits.

Is there a waitlist for tours and tastings?

No, we do not offer a waitlist for our experiences. If spots become available, they will become bookable on the website.

What are your hours of operation?

Monday - Thursday 10:00 - 6:00

(Last tasting is at 5:00)

Friday and Saturday 10:00 - 5:00

(Last tasting is at 4:00)

When should I arrive for my tour?

We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before your scheduled experience.

How long does the Henry Kraver Whiskey Experience last?

Approximately 40 minutes.

How long does the DSP-KY-50 Tour last?

Approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Does the tour include a tasting?

Yes, all tours will end with a full tasting of 4 different products.

Do you have a bar?

No, we do not have a bar for pours or cocktails. We can only do pours of whiskey on our regularly scheduled experiences. Our team members are happy to recommend some of our favorite craft cocktail bars conveniently located nearby!

Do you have food?

No, we do not have food on the premises. We love to support our local experts. Louisville is known for its delicious cuisine. Our team members are happy to recommend some of our favorite craft restaurants conveniently located nearby!

What is your tour refund/cancellation policy?

A full refund will be provided for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled experience time. Due to limited availability, we do not offer refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance.

Where should I park?

Street parking is available very near to the distillery. Please be advised - the lot across from the distillery is NOT our lot.

Can I take pictures while I am on the tour?

Yes, you are welcome to take pictures, but video is prohibited.

What should I wear?

We are a fully operational distillery. We recommend wearing closed-toed shoes. Our retail space and tasting rooms are temperature-controlled, but most of the tour is not so please dress accordingly.

Are purses, diaper bags, strollers, etc. allowed on tours?

Yes, these items are allowed on tours. Please be advised that we cannot hold bags, backpacks, or other items for liability reasons.

Do you offer any discounts for veterans?

Yes, we offer active military and veteran discounts on tour and tasting experiences! These discounts are not valid on alcohol or merchandise.

Is there wheelchair access for the tour?

Yes, our distillery is wheelchair accessible.

Do you allow pets on the tour?

Because we are a fully functioning distillery, pets are not allowed. Service animals are welcome.

Are guests under 21 allowed to tour?

Yes, there is an 'Under 21' option when you reserve the tour. Children ages 10 and below are free.

Do you offer a discount for guests 21 and older who are non-drinkers/designated drivers?

We do not currently offer a designated driver discount. All guests over the age of 21 attending a tour and tasting experience will need to purchase an adult ticket. Guests under the age of 21 may purchase a discounted ticket.

Are children/minors allowed at the distillery?

Minors are welcome in the distillery and on our experiences. Please note that we are a fully functioning production facility. Most of the distillery is not climate-controlled. You will walk through hot and humid areas for 30-40 minutes. Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Safety is the responsibility of the guardian. For legal reasons, minors are not permitted to sit at the table during the tasting portion of the tour. There is separate seating available for them in the tasting room. Minors 10-20 years of age must purchase an "under 21" ticket while booking your experience.
