Ingredients

1 Egg (White)

2 oz. Peerless Rye

.75 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

.75 oz. Simple Syrup

2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Method

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and (dry) shake without ice for about 15 sec.

Add ice to the shaker and shake for another 15 sec.

Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel.
