Smoked Orange & Sage Old Fashioned

Ingredients

2 oz Peerless® Bourbon

½ oz of orange sage simple syrup

2-3 dashes of Angostura bitters

Orange peel for garnish

Method

Start by smoking glass over cedar or oak wood.
Add ingredients into mixing glass with ice. Stir gently until cold.
Strain into the smoked rocks glass over ice.
Garnish with orange peel.
