Coal Miner’s Daughter
Ingredients
1½ oz Peerless® Bourbon
1 tsp ginger syrup
¾ oz lemon juice
¾ oz honey
lavender sprig for garnish
Method
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake until cold.
Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube.
Garnish with lavender.
