NOSE
Malted sugar and a crisp white fruit serve as a great into to the barrel. Cherry syrup and fresh flowers round out the nose.
PALATE
The first sip is incredibly fruity, putting pear brandy in mind. Caramel and toasted oak soon join. A second sip adds leather and a hint of tobacco, but the candied pear still looms large.
FINISH
The finish endures with dry cocoa, a gentle smoke, and honeysuckle.
