Notes: A deep warm and spicy floral dominates the early nose. Caramels and oaks join, but the floral remains in charge. The taste leads bit of sweetness and a wave of complex spices, all enhanced by a creamy mouth-feel. The second sip features a cinnamon spiced dark chocolate with dry oak late. That combination of oak and chocolate carries into the finish, but is joined by an orange citrus spice late that balances and cleans the palate. Another great batch!
