Notes: The nose is floral and oak forward, but opens up to reveal a very nice herbaceous characteristic. The first sip starts very butter and caramel forward, but builds into a cinnamon-oak spice wave that recedes to reveal these really nice dark chocolate notes. The second sip follows the same track, but with a heightened level of spice and oak. The finish carries on with a balance of dark chocolate, cinnamon, and oak. All three surge at different times, creating a wonderfully complex finish.
