NOSE
Citrus bitters and a sweet blueberry syrup open up a great nose. Aromas of honey and sweet oak also creep in.
PALATE
The initial sip leads with sweet oak, but waves of cinnamon and fruit bitters wash over the palate. A cake donut quality emerges from the baking spices and sugar. A second sip re-centers the palate on the blueberry syrup and the sweet oak.
FINISH
A sweet smoke character appears in the finish as the toasted oak and berries slowly fade.
