NOSE
Honeysuckle and herbs lead off an intriguing nose. Hints of juniper and leather expand the aromas.
PALATE
The taste leads with a pop of cinnamon oil, but soon incorporates this semisweet citrus syrup. Caramelized oak and lavender become more prominent as it sets on the palate. A second sip elevates an evergreen quality as a cocktail character comes into focus.
FINISH
The finish allows the herbs to slowly fade as the barrel shifts to a toasted marshmallow accompanied by a hard citrus candy.
