2 oz Peerless® Rye or Peerless® Rye Absinthe Finished
½ oz simple syrup
2-3 Peychaud’s bitters
¼ teaspoon Absinthe for rinse
Lemon peel to garnish
Add the first three ingredients into mixing glass with ice and stir until cold.
Rinse the inside of a chilled rocks glass with absinthe until the inside is coated.
Strain into the glass neat.
Squeeze lemon peel to extract the oils over the cocktail and rim the glass.
Add lemon peel for garnish.
