Ingredients
2 oz Peerless® Rye
½ oz Curaçao (or triple sec)
1 teaspoon grenadine
½ teaspoon absinthe
1 egg white
Lemon peel to garnish
Method
Add all ingredients into a shaker.
Add ice and shake until cold and frosty.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass and add a twist of lemon peel to garnish.
